Vendor Management Site Lead (BCC-004) — Accenture — National Capital Reg
Work with site vendor leadership to develop and execute performance improvement programs; follow-up to ensure programs are effective, implement change as necessary, and escalate when appropriate Schedule and lead call monitoring sessions weekly Participate in weekly vendor meetings, address key performance concerns, and follow up on vendor action plans to drive performance Monitor deployment initiatives; inspect deployment initiatives and implement plans to resolve problem areas as appropriate and escalate any issues. Partner with Vendor Manager and other teams to support project/client initiatives in their assigned site(s) Participate in strategic client reviews and planning sessions for assigned site Work closely with the vendor to promote a partnership and solid relationship – address and resolve issues as necessary Work across multiple vendors/sites as assigned to support additional scope if and when necessary Participate in new-hire training for applicable Lines of Business (LOB’s) supported at assigned site
