Sr. Reporting Analyst — Stream International Global Services Philippines, Inc. — Makati City
Consult with functional area managers, Operations Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Training Dept, IT Dept and Clients to define reporting requirements and specifications to meet their business needs.Drive adoption of self serve tools by working with internal customers. This requires training, demonstration of existing tools, and development of new reports to meet customer needs.Lead projects for the team to successful completion. Create project documentation and work with multiple departments to achieve desired resultsScope and estimate timelines on all projects in assigned area.Design and develop reporting modifications essential to the scripting, reporting and data transmissions utilized within client specific campaigns.Develop and display expert knowledge of the company’s data warehouse and all data sources in the enterprise.Take ownership of modifications needed for database architecture and submit development requests as needed to IT. Work with IT to test and approve those changes.Assist management with proposal responses and statements of work for reporting related aspect of client solutions.Conduct client presentations and client site visits as a representative for the Reporting organization.Participate in opportunity review, solution design and solution assurance calls as assigned. Review Client contracts to assure their reporting needs are met.Monitor SOS Tickets to make sure they are complete and updated in a timely manner.Serve as tech resources for other members of the reporting team.Mentor other reporting team members in reporting standards and methodology and proactively reviews reports created.Attend training courses and seminars to develop technical, analytical and business skills and be able to train the reporting team members on use of new technology.
