• Own the reporting process on assigned reports• Ensure that all reporting is carried out in a timely and accurate manner• Verify data before submitting• Proactively give feedback, follow-up and communicate of delays to stakeholders• Proactively suggest improvements and additional value the team can add to each report• Foster close relations between the teams within Analytics• Proactively suggest improvements or alignment across reports• Actively engage stakeholders in discussions to increase their dependence on the cluster for all internal information requirements.• Use system knowledge to assists stakeholders with data/process requirements• Ensure process maps in place for all owned tasks• Ensure support documentation is up-to-date (SOP/IOP)• Evaluate all owned processes and actively suggest and implement improvements• Proactively look for efficiencies to current reports
