PRINCIPAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYOverall responsible for training requirements of Analytics to ensure team can grow as required and maintain quality and knowledge. Ensure team is aware of all internal and external systems/sources.Determine and arrange needed training on business, industry and organisation for the various teams.Ensure new tools are investigated and if useful recommended.Reporting WorkCreate new reports with no existing SOP/IOP and own the process of assigned reports.Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports by validating data and implementing sanity checks.Proactively give feedbacks, initiate follow-ups, communicate delays and offer explanations to stakeholdersManage issues, exhaust all possible fix and escalate to appropriate desks for resolutions of issuesRegularly review, update and upload SOPs and IOPsEnsure smooth and complete handovers of report process to back-upsDeliver ad hoc requests related to currently handled reports.Proactively seek best sources for all reporting requirements.Actively engage in discussions with stakeholders, research for available information, proactively seek best sources, and reach out to appropriate desks to understand the purpose of the report and align expectations.Manage area queuesSpot trends and/or provide summary of reports handled
